This could be a combination of several, below is a checklist of what to check and in what order


  • Check the user is using the correct URL to login
  • Is there a current internet connection working, can you view other pages?
  • Have they logged in before (is this the first time)?
  • If this is the first time check the user settings in Homeflow CMS 
    • i.e email address is correct and role associated eg. administrator
  • Close browser down and restart
  • Clear cookies and internet history on computer
  • Re-set Password 
  • Check in incognito window
