This could be a combination of several, below is a checklist of what to check and in what order
- Check the user is using the correct URL to login
- Is there a current internet connection working, can you view other pages?
- Have they logged in before (is this the first time)?
- If this is the first time check the user settings in Homeflow CMS
- i.e email address is correct and role associated eg. administrator
- Close browser down and restart
- Clear cookies and internet history on computer
- Re-set Password
- Check in incognito window
