Once your account has been set up. You will need to verify phone numbers; this has to happen for each branch if more than one.
In order to do so, follow these steps:
1) Click on the banner at the bottom of the page asking you to verify your number
2) Select the branch phone number (if more than one branch, several phone numbers will be displayed)
3) A PIN code will appear with an option to call the number
4) Someone at the branch will need to pick up the call
5) Once the call has been answered, the person will need to type in the PIN code via the phone itself
Many estate agents have an automatically recorded message. Asking for callers to select between sales and lettings. If this is the case, then please ensure you add the extension number. For example, "1 for Lettings" and "2 for Sales". You will see this in the original pop-up box at the bottom. An easy way to spot this is to look out for a question mark in a yellow box.
