Why am I not receiving notifications for new leads?

There are several reasons why you may not be receiving notifications for new leads:


  1. You are not using the Google Chrome web browser on a desktop or laptop computer (mobile devices do not support notifications)
  2. You have not enabled notifications in Google Chrome for your Lead Manager dashboard.
  3. Your PC/Mac is not allowing Google Chrome notifications to be shown to you.


To diagnose this further, please follow these steps:


1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer

a. To check this, see this Google article


2. Ensure you don't see an "Enable Notifications" warning in the Area menu

a. If you see the warning in the bottom left of your browser, then this means notifications are disabled




If you are using incognito/private browsing then notifications will always be disabled


3. Ensure that your PC/Mac's notifications settings are not blocking Google Chrome notifications


Run a quick check

If you have done all the above, then click your name just above the logout button



You should see the following popup box. Under notification diagnostics, it should say Connected as below.



If it does then click the "Send Test Notification" button and follow the instructions.
