Why do only some customers have employment and social media information?

When a new lead is processed, Area looks online for public information about the customer. If information is found this is displayed next to the customer's name and address details. As more and more people disable public social media information it has become harder to find this information and therefore you will not find this data available for all customers, but when it is available it can be very useful, especially for lettings applicants.

While we may not find employment or social information, Area also attempts to validate the email address and therefore you may still see information about whether or not Area believe the email to be valid or not and therefore whether or not we predict the customer to be non-responsive.
