I'm not able to login

If you're not able to login to Lead Manager it may be caused by one of these issues:


  1. You're not on the right login page. Each company/account has its own login page. The address is made up of your company name and is usually https://company-name.usearea.com. If you don't know your company's login address please ask a colleague who has access to Lead Manager to provide it to you. They will be able to see the login address in their web browser's address bar.

  2. You're not entering your email address or password correctly. Please check these details and try again. If you're not able to remember your password you can reset your password.

  3. Your account is not active. It's possible that your account has been deactivated by an account administrator. Please check with the person that manages third-party services in your organisation for
