The area platform allows you to upload files however in the case that an issue occurs there are a few things to remember. You should ideally be using Google Chrome as the internet browser or Microsoft Edge as these are the browsers that Area was designed to be used on.
In the case of an issue that stops you from uploading a file please consider the following:
- Upload the file directly rather than dragging and dropping it
- Do not create shortcut links
- Make sure the file is at least 4KB in size (4KB is the minimum file size allowed on the Area platform)

If the file still fails to upload then check to see if your colleagues are having the same issue. If they are not then this might be an individual issue. If they are then it might be a technical issue on the platform (which we will need to investigate).
